Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your item upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and address it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return your existing item and, once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days, without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.
